The Sun City Vistoso Properties Committee meets on the third Thursday of each month at 9:00 AM.  The meetings are located at the Vistoso Center in the Yaqui room. The meetings are open to all Sun City Vistoso residents.  Residents are encouraged to serve on this committee as well as all others. 

 

The committee conducts a complete inspection of all Association physical properties, including buildings, equipment and grounds every six (6) months or less and makes recommendations regarding preservation, maintenance or replacement and improvements. Below are links to the monthly meeting minutes.
